The hotel provided clean and tidy rooms with comfortable amenities, although we encountered an issue with sewage smell initially. The staff were extremely friendly and the food served was inventive and delicious. The location was ideal for skiing but a bit distant from town for food during bad weather. The dining options offered a good variety of hot and cold foods. The property had ski-in/ski-out access and was close to the main gondola. Overall, a good value for money stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms have recently been refurbished and offer plenty of comfort with essential amenities, although the lack of a view was a downside. The service was excellent and friendly, with a memorable upgrade to a suite with incredible views. The location is perfect for skiing but a bit far from town. The dining options were varied with generous portions. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
